WHAT YOU GET WHEN PURCHASING AN IMAGE

The most amazing aspect of these designs is the fact that not only you get the actual high resolution Photoshop file , you also get a Print Spec Sheet that will help you get the quality that you are looking for.

Our Images are already pre-separated using simulated process "Spot Color" separation technique. When you order one of our Raster Stock Art Images, you will receive a folder containing 2 files - a Photoshop file and a PDF file. Click here to download a free sample

We show you how to use the templates in Corel® Photo-Paint, Adobe® Photoshop, and Adobe® Elements. The artwork is saved as a layered Photoshop file, with all the artwork on one layer and the background on a separate layer. This allows you the ability to change the background color so that you can set the file up on the background color that you need depending on how you will be using it. It also allows you the opportunity to change the color so that you can get an idea of how the image will look on various colored substrates.

HOW THESE IMAGES WORK?

The process for using our Rasterized Stock Art Images differs between the digital and screen printing industries. With digital printing since there is no need to print positives or burn screens, there is virtually no set up. Using our images for screen printing however, will require a few more steps in order to get to the printing process.

Digital Printing

For digital printing, all you need is a program such as Photoshop or Corel PhotoPaint so that you can open the file and deactivate the spot color separations in the alpha channels palette since you do not need them. Then you can Import or Place the file in the vector program of your choice such as Corel Draw, Illustrator or Freehand in order to print your design.

Screen Printing

For screen printing, we recommend saving your file out of Photoshop as a DCS 2.0 file. If you don’t own Photoshop but you have the Corel Draw Graphics Suite which contains Photo-Paint, than you can upgrade to  Corel Draw X3 in order to save your DCS 2.0 file out of Photo-Paint. Once you have your DCS 2.0 file saved, you can import it into Corel Draw, Illustrator or Freehand to print out your separations. When you import the DCS 2.0 file, the spot colors that are used for the separations will be loaded into your swatches palette giving you the ability to add your own type or logos and colorize them using the same colors used in the image.
